Our staff is dedicated to helping you maintain as much independence as possible, while providing the support and supervision you need. We also offer a wide range of engaging activities and outings to help you make the most of your time.

At The Legacy Place, we provide a safe, supportive environment for those in need of short-term care, allowing them to transition from post-hospitalization/post-surgical situation back to a full, independent life. Our transitional living services include 24-hour medical supervision and personalized care plans tailored to the individual. With a variety of living arrangements and amenities, we ensure our clients are comfortable and secure in their new living environment.
